    I wanted a switch for the balcony lights that would also have an outlet for convenience. Reading the comments, I was convinced that the switch and the outlet of this particular product are separate, but it seems that they are not.

    The position of the switch controls the power supply of the outlet. This means that either the lights will be on or the outlet, not both.

    I have uploaded a photo with a multimeter connected to the outlet. When the switch is in one position, the lights on the balcony turn on but the voltage in the outlet is zero. When the switch is in the other position, the lights are off and the voltage of the outlet is 240 V.
