Very large. It doesn't fit in the old cardboard boxes that electricians installed a few decades ago. It needs a change of installation box to plastic.

I had anxiety that it might be charcoal color due to the photo but luckily it is dark black slightly glossy. It looks like a quality product and has nice lines for a low price socket.
