I got the M3 for my parents and for me this, since the older ones do not know how to use bluetooth.

UNTIL TODAY I thought I wasted money on the M4 because I don't use bluetooth either and the M3 did a great job with measurements.

TODAY when I tried to measure, as always, with the M3 my father's hand, which is suffering from chemotherapy, the M3 REPEATEDLY FAILED to take accurate measurements and indicated improperly positioned wrist.

I tried with the M4 repeatedly. No measurement failure. None!

The blood pressure monitor is excellent. The ability to store 60 measurements for 2 different users is very useful. However, the Omron connect application for mobile phones (Android in my case) disappointed me. It transfers the average values of the measurements and not the actual values (unless I have misunderstood correctly). This does not help the doctor, who usually requests 3 measurements and the maintenance of the average of the last two measurements. Ideally, the values should be transferred in .xls format, so that there is the possibility of statistical processing on the computer.

The blood pressure monitor is very good, but I preferred it with Bluetooth so that I can send my medical history to the doctor. However, it doesn't work properly, and from what I understand, you have to buy premium versions. This is unacceptable for a company to force you to pay a subscription for features that the device already has. I recommend the previous model, the 3, which has exactly the same things as the 4, except it doesn't have Bluetooth, which is useless anyway

As a blood pressure monitor, it seems to have good accuracy in measurements. The cuff is convenient and easy to position, and the monitor is relatively quiet. Unfortunately, if you are purchasing it for its compatibility with Android devices, be careful because the OMRON connect app works with a limited number of devices, mostly with Android 9 and below. Unfortunately, the company has not updated the software to connect with newer devices (very poorly). So, if you buy it and change your phone, unfortunately, the app will not work. Also, the protective case provided with the device is very cheap. In short, it is not worth the money because the main reason for its price, connectivity, has MANY limitations.

After the latest app update, it connected to more devices and Android 10, which is why the stars became 4. Compared to the previous microlife I had, it showed systolic pressure 5-10 degrees lower
