I have it for almost 1 month.
Very nice stand for the PS4 (either the Fat or the Slim) to stand upright if there is available space in your setup. The bottom part has rubber feet that make it stable on various surfaces. The console's grip on the stand is not 100% secure, but it takes quite an effort to knock it down. A very positive aspect is that it has 2 charging ports for Dualshock 4 controllers (of course, only when the PS4 is turned on, as the whole stand is connected with a USB cable to a port on the console). Additionally, it should be mentioned that since the stand occupies one port on the console, it provides an extra 3 USB ports, which personally I don't really care about.
Let's get to the point: The fan is not as powerful as I would like. I always have it on the 3rd intensity level. The job it does is not perfect, meaning it doesn't cool the PS4 completely (which is logical in the end, as personally, after so many years of having it, the only thing that saves it is changing the thermal paste), but I believe it keeps it at a more desirable temperature for smooth gaming. (However, I think that with the heat it will face in the summer, there will be no salvation!)
Now, about the noise issue: The noise it makes is noticeable, but it is not at all annoying, especially during gameplay. Personally, I don't perceive it when I play, only if I intentionally pay attention to it. Also, in its defense, I would like to point out that during the summer period, the PS4 itself revs up like an airplane turbine, so the stand is an angel compared to that!
Overall, for its price, it's worth getting and trying it out!!!

It doesn't give the feeling that it holds the PS4 steady, the ears that hold it should be bigger. Two out of the 3 USB ports on the HUB don't work or don't provide enough power to connect a keyboard and mouse or headphones, so you still don't have a free USB. The fans don't convince me that they do their job. They could have made it so that it gets power from the socket and not from the PS's USB. Overall, considering the price, it is mediocre

  It is worth its money and charges the controllers quickly, and it has good ventilation (I will talk about this issue below). There are 3 USB ports, 2 for charging and the other one is for both charging and file transfer. It holds the console steadily, but for cooling, the fans are not very efficient on both Low and High settings. However, it won't make any noise if you don't put something to support the base, as shown in the picture, as the fans won't get any air and it worsens the situation with the console. But if you put something and slightly elevate the base, it will do a perfect job and the temperatures will decrease. I recommend it, but remember to do what I told you.

  I didn't buy it for the fans, I bought it only as a stand and as a base for charging the controllers. Anyway, the ps4 slim is quite cool and the fact that it has a gap underneath the base for air circulation is ideal. I would give it 4 stars because the quality is not perfect, but it gives you 3 extra USB ports and that is an extra star for me.
  (Note: these USB ports cannot be used for things like external hard drives or USB sticks, they are only for charging and keyboard/mouse).

  I give it 2 stars only because it eventually does the job, but it minimally enhances the cooling of the big fan. It helps, but it doesn't cool the PS4 as much as it should with 2+ additional fans that I thought would touch the PS4. It's warm, though, but still, whether you get it or not, it's not worth it in my preference. Get a small fan and place it on top to do a sufficient job :P And to help you more, everything makes noise, just so you know, the noise doesn't stop, it remains, especially when I'm in the living room, a big space with air conditioning, especially now in the summer!!! Only when I have the air conditioning on and the room is cold, then it doesn't make noise, it completely stops, but then again, the noise starts again...   It does not hold the ps4 stable, it is very dangerous for it to fall (especially during an earthquake) it can move from one side to the other, so I wouldn't say it is a reliable base for the ps4. As a cooler, it is average to good because it still heats up, not as much as before but it still heats up. The fan has 2 speeds, the high one makes a lot of noise and compared to the low one, there is not much difference in sound. The USB ports work fine as well as the charging for the controllers. Luckily, I have extra free ports. For the price of 19€, it is good but I would expect something a little better. If the base was more stable, I would MAYBE give it 3-4 stars.
