Overall very good for the money.
- Generally good build quality. The beams, half wood half metal, are made from very good materials, with proper holes and fit.
- The base is as heavy as it should be. I come from a heavier coat rack with a marble base so it felt a bit light to me, but the two beams provide greater stability overall so no more is needed. It is clear, however, that the factory supplying it does a bit of a rougher job on the appearance part (see photo).
- The hooks screw in very well and can hold weight.
- Regarding assembly, follow the instructions from the other comments. First, assemble the beams and the connection between them (even though they have screws, add a bit of wood glue at the joint), and then screw them onto the base. The included wrench is more than enough to tighten as needed, only if you apply pressure in the wrong direction can it bend. And when screwing in the hooks, first remove their caps for better grip.
- The plastic bottom of the base slides on tiles, so I put adhesive pads.

After hanging everything, it remains very stable, so I am satisfied.

For its price, it is an excellent product, with quality and sturdy construction. Indeed, as someone else mentioned, the assembly instructions are a mess, resulting in me taking more time to set it up. First, the two vertical columns need to be assembled together with the central wood that holds them in the middle, and then screwed onto the base. The tool included is also useless, mine got bent, it's better to use a wrench.

Tips:
1) Use wood glue before screwing the wood in the middle. The durability over time will increase significantly.
2) For a tight fit on the bottom, use a wrench. The one it comes with is for petting, not tightening.
