I can't connect it in any way, if there is someone who can help please respond. It doesn't even show the wifi indicator
A very nice switch for both manual and automatic control, in general, Sonoff has very nice things to get your job done smartly. I installed it with 2 large long screws!!! Be careful, it needs a neutral for its operation.
For some reason, this doesn't connect to anything in the app, so I have it as a simple switch because the bulbs are smart anyway, so I control them from there. I didn't bother more with returns, etc. The other one I got with 2 switches on it works just fine.
It is a very good product, of course there may be difficulties if the room has two light fixtures, also depending on the voltage it may not light up somewhere. I have temporarily installed it because there will be a renovation. There is a possibility that an electrician may be needed because with 2 light fixtures it required a constant push for both to turn on!! You need to get used to it because it constantly requires pressing the small button, it's not like the big switches
Simply perfect Switch. And as for the touch, okay sometimes in a hurry you might not get it right the first time, but I don't mind at all. I'm thinking of filling my house with such!!!
In most of the switches that have been installed in the house, the LEDs on top have burned out, resulting in not being able to see where the switch is. All of this within a year and a half. From the first day of installation, they had different intensity in their LEDs. Some were brighter and some were not. Very, very poor quality but you get what you pay for... I would never buy them again!
(Neutral from the anticipation, phase, and out to the return of the lamp) Perfect, I just couldn't put it in the exact spot I wanted and I ended up placing it next to the light switch and socket (because the switch has a neutral wire). As for the mounting, I used two small wooden screws, 2mm each, and tightened it onto the plastic of the switch. It held up perfectly
A wall box with holes for screws is needed, otherwise some type of workaround will be required.
It works great with Home Assistant
The only problem that the manufacturing company is not responsible for is in old houses the switches should be installed with a patent.
It is a bit tiring to have to find the exact spot... However, it is very stylish and the connectivity with smart devices makes it necessary in a new home
Beautiful design, simple in appearance but miraculous in use! Easy installation and flawless synchronization. I use it with Google Assistant, I highly recommend it without a doubt!
Very beautiful, very difficult to install, as mentioned, it requires neutral and attention, it is not like the classic switches with the ears
Very good response. Compatible with Google Home.
You should know that it also requires a neutral wire, so before installation, check if your switches have a neutral wire inside. If they don't and you have an outlet below, simply run a neutral wire from the outlet to the switch (usually a blue wire).
It doesn't fit into the wall like old switches. You can either glue it with hot glue or alternatively remove the ears with screws from the old switches that attach to the box and put them on your new switch. To do this, you need to easily and carefully remove the front panel.
Finally, it is not suitable for dimming.
