Soak the replacement filter in a container of water and gently shake it to remove air bubbles, leave it in to soak for 2 hours. Then remove the replacement filter from the water for at least 8 hours before placing it in the pitcher’s slot, fill the pitcher with a total of 20 liters of water (it’s good to first fill the pitcher with 10 liters of water and wait 2 hours before filling it with the remaining 10 liters of water), discarding the filtered water each time you fill it. The pitcher is ready for use, without the water having a bitter taste.

If one overlooks the taste of the water, which is slightly bitter especially in the first few days, which you get used to, otherwise we have been using it for over 5 years and it removes the smell of chlorine while making the water very light, so we drink more than before.

It has changed the taste of the water and I still feel it heavy, that's why I prefer it with a filter. I used to buy a different brand and I was satisfied, but not with this filter.

Very good filter, I would give it 5 stars if it had a better mesh to capture the black particles that usually come out of the filter when you put it in water
