The HiFi headphone market has been rapidly growing in recent years. New driver models and designs have emerged. These headphones are capable of producing exceptional sound, but the amplifiers they are mostly powered by are mediocre. For example, planar magnetic headphones require more power and simply need more power to be driven to their full potential. Our new Head Box DS2 B will easily drive anything, as it puts out a powerful 1100mW at 33ohms. It has three different current settings to match any headphone type and features four gain settings for high-complexity resistance headphones as well as those sensitive to ear screens. The fully balanced dual mono design is completed with a phase converter to convert any unbalanced signal into a balanced one at the input. A balanced 4-pin XLR output ensures perfect signal transmission to your headphones. The highly recognized Texas Instruments TPA6120A2 chip has been implemented for the best possible power management, resulting in superior sound. Both outputs on the front can be used simultaneously for shared listening experiences.
