Expected high quality from Atlas Filtri. I have been using this specific 10μm filter for many years for the central supply before the countertop filter to catch large particles of sand, etc. It does its job very well, and I replace it approximately every 2-3 months

A simple filter is for dirt, mud, rust, etc. This particular one won't work miracles. I mainly have it for the protection of washing machines, showers, etc. For drinking water, it's better to have an under or over counter filter

It does what it says, the downside is that in about three months it catches something like mud on the surface of the thread which gives a bad taste to the water.
