  Unacceptable for a cream that is supposed to be soothing to contain alcohol and acids! The burning sensation you feel when you actually have a problem and need your skin to be soothed cannot be described!   I tried it on my 6-month-old baby for atopic dermatitis, but during flare-ups, it doesn't provide any relief and she constantly scratches. Also, I can't say that it's suitable for atopic dermatitis as it doesn't prevent flare-ups. Of course, so far I haven't found any cream that completely prevents flare-ups (only corticosteroids work for us during flare-ups). Other than that, it is a thick moisturizer that is suitable for dry skin, but nothing extraordinary.

  Overall, it moisturizes my little one's skin (she is 3 and I have been using it on her since she was 6 months old) and relieves dryness. However, when her eczema is severe, it doesn't help with the itching at all (I give her antihistamines orally as per the pediatrician's instructions) and the child cries with every application, saying that the cream burns.
