If you want to invest in your home and give it added value (without spending a fortune), they are perfect! Three people entered my house, and two of them immediately commented very positively. I spent 200+ euros and changed about a dozen switches everywhere. I didn't regret it at all. Even if you overlook the convenience or the smart and wifi features, the switches are impressive on their own. You will pay 100 euros to an electrician to install neutral switches where you don't have them, and you will put them in. From solutions with smart wifi boxes inside the electrical boxes and remote controls, etc., even if they cost 30-50% more, they are the best solution because they work in the traditional way of the open-close button that everyone knows, men, women, children, and the elderly! It's just intuitive. The problem of depth and screws that don't fit in old switch boxes can be solved in several ways, and if you really want them, you will find the solution. For example, you can put a 0.5-1cm thick shim, such as plywood or plasterboard, and then paint it, so the wall holes will deepen. You can also use putty inside the boxes with very good glue and screw the switches there, or you can open new holes in the wall with a drill and screw them in. You can even remove the outer plate (touch) and make new holes in the plastic and then put a little insulation on the head of the screw so it doesn't touch the plate. One flaw they have in the application on the wall is that because they don't "hook" like the old ones, they reveal crooked walls because they have to be screwed at the ends and not in the middle like the classic ones (with the hooks). And of course, being rigid at their ends, they cannot follow the curvature of the wall. Also, in a vertical or horizontal alignment of 2-3 switches, you should know that they are a few millimeters larger than the classic ones, resulting in one of the three going beyond the limits of the third box. Then you slightly demolish the box to make it fit!
I don't know why most people write the best reviews. Unfortunately, in order for it to work, it requires a neutral wire. There is no neutral wire in any house switch. And even if you have a nearby socket to take it from, the pipes do not communicate to pass through there (at least in my house). So, you need a lot of work and hassle in the house to install neutral wires in all switches. I will try the T4, which does not require a neutral wire and has a capacitor inside the packaging that goes on top of the light fixture.
It needed a small intervention as it wanted neutral, but fortunately, there was a power cable passing for the socket, and I took it from there
Easy installation (requires neutral wire). Easy and quick pairing (be careful to be connected to 2.4ghz). Very beautiful, the application is also very simple.
The reason I buy the Third Switch and if I haven't changed the whole house is because there are many switches in the house and it can't be done instantly. Otherwise, they are perfect!!! Quick in response, minimal design, with lighting to distinguish it in the dark, easy to install and of course it works with Google Assistant!!!!
First and foremost, it should be able to be placed/rested on the common boxes that we all have in our homes. Secondly, it should be mentioned that it requires a neutral wire, given that a common switch does not require a neutral wire. It is just a switch/nuisance and nothing more
This one I liked a lot because you can use it with voice command, but what bothers me a lot is that you have to pull a cable from the box where the other cables go to the light and you have to do a lot of work
Very good product and fast as far as contact is concerned. It requires a neutral to work, which is not a problem. All new houses have it
Beautiful and elegant. It has very light illumination so you can easily locate it in the dark. It paired easily with my eWelink account, so I can do any automation I want.
Perfect product and reliable. It is the second one I have purchased. Both of them have been functioning properly for two years now.
Very good switches with a very unique design that stands out from the classic switches. Their installation is generally very easy, they connect and you can use them from your mobile. They are satisfactory in terms of quality, but individuals who are accustomed to older switches may need some familiarization.
Awesome switch and funny in installation. I was expecting more difficult Chinese installations but everything is good.
So far, it is quite good. It connects normally with Google Home, it requires a neutral wire otherwise it doesn't work. It screws directly onto the recessed box. Time will tell if it is good or not and how long it will last.
Flawless! Works perfectly with Google Home and Assistant. In installation, there should be a neutral wire for it to work.
Excellent, be careful and make sure you have a neutral wire (blue cable) available in the recessed box or consult an electrician.
One of the best switches I have bought, easy to connect to the Internet and the touch function works perfectly. The only downside is that it doesn't come with a wall mount, it only includes screws that didn't work for me. I managed to fix it with different screws on top of the electrical box
