The truth is that I expected the taste to be different. It is not at all flavorful and it does not make you want to eat it with pleasure. I added it to dried nuts with fruits to overpower the taste of the fruits in the hope that I would not throw it away. I would not recommend it.

Excellent organic blackstrap molasses. A bomb of minerals and vitamins, and a lower glycemic index than regular molasses.

I have not tried molasses from any other company to have a point of comparison. But I was satisfied with this particular product. It has a unique and full flavor, like any molasses I suppose. It also helped increase my hematocrit level within a month, with one spoonful a day.
