Description

The prisma AQUA humidifier is used to enrich the airflow produced by the therapy device with moisture. 

The continuous airflow in the respiratory pathways may cause dryness in the airways and nasal congestion. 

It operates based on the so-called Pass over principle. The air coming from the Cpap/Bipap device is channeled over the surface of a preheated water reservoir. This increases the relative humidity and temperature of the airflow. 

The performance of the heating rod and consequently the temperature of the water in the humidifier chamber is electronically regulated through the therapy device. 

The water level can be checked at any time through the transparent inspection window of the humidifier chamber.
