My own warms up more than you can handle barefoot. It needs socks or slippers to withstand it.
Although it says 50W on the description and label, I measured it and it operates at 90W. At some point, it reaches a very high temperature and a slight ticking sound can be heard from the inside, then it shuts off until it cools down a bit and starts again. It definitely has some internal thermostat to prevent overheating, but judging from the advertised 50W compared to the 90W it draws in my case, either mine has a problem or it is extremely Chinese and I am afraid to operate it.Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful?I have bought two, one of them I have for about six months and the other for over two years. Both have served me well, although I wouldn't say they have exceptional quality. Indeed, they do not have a thermostat, but it depends on what you pay for. There are ones with a thermostat, but they are very expensive. The only issue is that you might forget to turn it off and it will unnecessarily consume electricity and wear out. So, I installed a wifi socket and check from there if it is on or not. With such a price, I would buy it again.
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful?Heats up quickly, necessary in winter for those who work in cold spaces. The disadvantage is the lack of a thermostat.
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful?Very good. Seriously, I use it as a mattress for an old dog I have, and during the winter he used to get cold in his bed. Although the instructions say not to cover it, I used it on the floor and on top of the dog's bed during the winter without any problem. I would prefer if it had temperature control or intensity levels (low - medium - high) instead of just an on-off switch, but it's not a big deal. It's still good. Both me and my dog are satisfied. I will come back on 08/12/2023. I added a Logilink power plug with a dimmer and adjusted the intensity to half the wattage. Both work perfectly.

Did you find this review helpful? With 50 watts on your feet and a nice outfit, you can survive the winter in a flat area with lower electricity consumption compared to if you didn't have it. Quality construction, very good value for money. It takes about 10-15 minutes to warm up properly, but after a few hours, it gets excessively hot, so you have to turn it off for a while and then turn it back on.
However, it is important to know that according to the instructions, you should NOT step on it with wet feet when it is turned on, fold it, cover it with something else, or place heavy objects on top of it. In general, take a look at the instructions because it requires special handling.
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful?Very good value for money, after 2+ months of daily, extended use. It quickly raises the temperature to very satisfactory levels and appears quite durable. The 4 stars are due to the lack of a thermostat (generally, a control of operating intensity), otherwise it would definitely be 5 stars. I haven't noticed anything negative apart from that.
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful? The truth is that I had some doubts, however it is an excellent mat!! During the cold winter days (and because I work stationary in front of a desk with my laptop), it was the best thing for my feet which are often frozen! I recommend it to you!
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful? It was good until it started smelling like melted plastic. For its price, and if it only works under supervision, then it's worth it.
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful? It does not meet the expectation for warm feet at the office, only if you are without shoes, but even then the feeling of warmth is very minimal. As for the quality of construction, it is satisfactory
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful? The mat changes your life at the office, especially when it gets cold, you don't want to get up from your desk
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful? The product as an idea is very good.
Positives: Heats up quickly, low consumption, radiates heat to the feet and improves the feeling in a cold room.
Negatives: It does not have a temperature thermostat. Unfortunately, the quality of the materials is not good. After 3 months of use (2-3 hours daily), it started to smell like melted plastic during operation, obviously due to overheating and the absence of a thermostat. After that, as expected, it broke and I didn't even bother with the warranty replacement process. If it had better quality materials and a temperature thermostat, I would buy it again.Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful?-1 star because sometimes it doesn't maintain a stable intensity and it "turns off" on its own. If you unplug it and plug it back in, it works normally afterwards.
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful? Many hours on the computer and I wanted something like this. Those who say it doesn't heat up simply have a defective product or a serious circulatory problem in their feet. It is very hot and you have to wear slippers or socks after a few minutes. UNBELIEVABLE PRODUCT!!!
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful?I received it yesterday. I would like it to have a little more intensity. Definitely, the advertisement photo does not match reality because if you wear shoes, there is no way you will see any difference in warmth. I have been barefoot without socks since yesterday and this morning, where admittedly I feel a little warmth, I must say, it works, but not enough to say that it works satisfactorily. It should have more intensity and it is the first time I buy such a product because I only want it when I am at my office at home. It cannot be used in a workplace office because you have to wear shoes, so I do not recommend it since you will not feel warmth. I don't know, maybe I should find a heating pad and have it on the floor? It did not meet my expectations, but I will give it as a gift to make use of it since it was cheap. If the intensity was better, I would give it a 5, but I am giving it a 2 because it doesn't actually warm up
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful?I bought the foot warmer because I spend many hours in front of the computer, which often results in cold feet and discomfort... I must admit that it is easily one of the best purchases I have made recently!! Essentially, it is a floor heating pad, and the warmth it provides has never bothered me. I use it daily now.
Usually, I leave it on for 10-15 minutes until my feet reach a normal temperature, and then I turn it off until I need it again. However, I never leave it on(!) when I am not in the office. The switch seems quite durable, and the overall construction is good. The cover cannot be washed, but for now, I clean it with the vacuum cleaner without any problem.Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful? It works like a dog for 2 years now. It is quite warm for me as I use it with socks. It is true that sometimes it burns me, but I just move my feet a little and wait for them to cool down a bit and for the thermostat to cycle and everything is fine. It would be nice if it had an automatic shut-off after a certain time (because sometimes I forget to turn it off when I leave the house), but that would make it more expensive. I would buy it again very easily, I recommend it.
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful? It does a very good job, I work from home and during the cold months it keeps my feet warm and happy, no matter how low the temperature drops. It has an on/off switch with a light, so I don't have to constantly plug it in and unplug it.
I believe it is ideal for people who spend many hours at the office/computer during winter.
I give it a 4/5 because the power cord is a bit short and its surface leaves a lot of lint that sticks to the slippers underneath. Also, sometimes I feel some tingling in my feet when it's on, but it's probably just from the heat.
I have been using it for about 4 months this winter/spring and it hasn't had any other issues.
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful? If my feet had mouths, they would make a video on YouTube just to say thank you.
I was very skeptical at first because of its low price, but in the end, it more than made up for its value. It heats up quickly and the temperature is just right, without burning or chilling my feet.
The only things I would like in addition are a temperature controller and an auto-off feature after a certain amount of time, but for this price, I don't mind at all.Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful? After ten days it overheated, resulting in complete destruction. I would characterize it as dangerous
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful? It's super.... the best thing for your feet when it's cold if you're sitting in an office... obviously without shoes.
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful? For its price, it is decent.
It heats very well and has a switch on the cord for activation.
One downside may be that it heats more than necessary, to the point where you have to wear slippers otherwise the heat becomes uncomfortable on your feet.
And a second downside is the relatively short power cord. You need to have a socket very close to your feet otherwise you need a cable extension.Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful?Keep your feet warm and your head cold, the old ones used to say, and they were absolutely right. If your feet are warm, your whole body is warm, and this heated mat does this job wonderfully. It's the second one I've bought, and for a second winter, it has made me a happy person.
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful?I was looking for something similar because.. icy feet in the winter. Especially when you work from home and spend many hours at the desk, it's annoying. I hesitated at first but it's probably the best money I've ever spent. Very good and it lasts for a second winter now. Recommended.
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful? It's great for the job we wanted it for (under the desk, on a marble floor that was very cold). We still have to wear socks, although after a while you need slippers for a bit because it gets too hot, but personally I don't consider this a problem. I would buy it again.
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful?I have only tried it with socks as I use it at home. So for me, it is quite powerful and can become somewhat uncomfortable after 20 minutes, but I imagine this would be mitigated for women's feet, which are usually colder.
Because I sit for many hours at the office, if every time my feet got cold due to inactivity I turned on the heating, I would have gone bankrupt! Not only does it block the "entry" of cold into the body through the feet, but the warmth also somewhat affects the rest of the body! So yes, from this perspective, it is a very economical and useful heating tool!
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful?Guys, it is one of the most useful things I have bought! I found my salvation! It's worth every penny! Also, I have forgotten to turn it off 2-3 times all night, and I didn't have any issue
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful?Perfect, buy it now!
I have it at home, I touch it directly with socks, I haven't felt so comfortable before the cold comes.
Yes, it doesn't have a thermostat, so when I feel the temperature reaching the ideal point for me, I turn it off.
The easiest solution is to use an extension cord with a switch so you don't have to bend down or struggle with your feet and the switch (plus, with constant on and off, the switch will eventually break).
If someone wants a more high-tech solution, get a Sonoff or a similar smart switch + a temperature sensor (around €15 for both, available on Skroutz) and set it to cut off the power when it reaches the desired temperature.
Personally, for the duration it will work each year, I believe the extension cord with a switch is the easiest solution.
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful? With 13€ you are a dream. And when it breaks, you cut the cable and it becomes a rug. A thermostat, guys.
Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful?Value for money purchase. It doesn't produce any crazy heat (it only has on/off, not levels) but it warms the feet nicely (without shoes, only with socks).
