I am 1.88 cm tall and weigh 105 kg with a waist of 112 cm. The appropriate size for me is XXL. However, the XL would also fit comfortably due to its construction with special Velcro that stretches along the entire length of the belt. In other words, the belt is comfortable even for overweight individuals! It is elastic and can be worn all day without any problem when sitting or standing up. For its price, there is nothing better!
