I was buying this product for 2 years because it was by far the best among several similar products, but for the last few months its taste has deteriorated significantly and it no longer says on the packaging that it is not genetically modified (NON GMO), which for me is a significant reason not to buy it again.

Το καλύτερο γλυκαντικό σε συστατικά, γεύση και απόδοση. Δεν αλλοιώνει τη γεύση των ροφημάτων. Επίσης κρατάει αρκετό καιρό γιατί η απαιτούμενη ποσότητα είναι όντως 1/3 της ζάχαρης. Στα super market βρίσκεις μόνο μικρές συσκευασίες και σχετικά ακριβά οπότε η μεγάλη συσκευασία είναι συμφέρουσα οικονομικά .

It disappoints me. Also, it is the second time that I fall into the trap of switching from sweet and balance sweetener to pills that I always take, to try something else... And I calculated the quantity that I need from the respective products to achieve the same sweetness, and sweet and balance is better. Although visually it may seem more expensive because it is a small box with pills and it costs 3.8... these pills are very very sweet. In other words, the cost is approximately the same, while it does not appear visually or in weight, since the pills are very concentrated.

Very good taste. The product is a blend of stevia and erythritol. It is not specified in what percentage, but given that stevia is 300 times sweeter than sugar, the product contains a small percentage. It might be more accurate to call it stevia/erythritol, but stevia has become very popular in recent years, so I believe it is also a marketing issue.

There are many sweeteners claiming to be of natural origin from the stevia plant. However, when one reads the ingredients, they discover so many added chemicals that make it burdensome rather than a healthy sugar substitute.
This specific stevia (La Mia Stevia) is the only one with a purity of 97.2% with RebA 62.5% and erythritol, a natural sweetener, from fruits and corn. Excellent product and Greek!

It has a 1 to 3 sweetness ratio and if you find it for less than 10 Euros, it's a deal.
