The manufacturers forgot that we all use phone cases now.
With the case, the phone fits into the dock with difficulty. It fits, but just barely.
The clips should have been a few millimeters wider to support the thickness of the case.
Without the case or with a thin case, there is no problem.

It's not the most high-quality product you can get as a base, but it does its job just fine. Especially for its price, it is very good.
