Unacceptable product. The speaker broke in 3 years and we paid 280 euros to have it replaced. The screen's resolution and brightness are terrible. If you're looking for something of better quality and durability, look elsewhere

Negatives:
Average image quality.
You can adjust the brightness and contrast of the screen, but not the camera. This creates a problem when you have two doorbells (one at the street entrance and one at the covered pilot), because there is a different intensity from natural light and no matter how you adjust the screen on one of the two cameras, you won't see well.
The melodies are annoying and the speaker is of poor quality. (There is no option to add a melody)
The screen does not touch the wall (the base on the back is smaller than the total size of the screen), so when you press a button, it moves and gives the feeling of a cheap product.
Slow response to button commands.
To enter names on the external doorbell, it has a special accessory that drives you crazy to manage and if you lose it, you have to go to ctc to get it.
