After reading "Awaken the Giant Within" by another author and being thrilled, I decided to go for another self-improvement book that is also a best seller. I can say that the help it has offered me is about 15 to 20%. His advice seemed very superficial to me, he told you what to do but not how to do it, he didn't delve into it at all, and overall I regret spending my money. I was disappointed because it had good reviews and I was hoping it would awaken something inside me...

Very good book but its Greek edition is a bit strange, I am not referring to the translation but to the structure of the book.
I was quite disappointed, I expected something better. The writing style was not interesting, it stated things that everyone knows but could have been said in a more engaging way. I wouldn't say it's a terrible book, it had pages that I read with great interest, but I was expecting something better, so I can't evaluate it very well
The book is very good but I believe it is a continuation of The Power Of Habit. So, I would suggest that if someone wants to read this specific one, it is better to first go and read The Power Of Habit in order to understand about habits first and then come and apply it!

Apart from the content, which everyone will evaluate in practice personally, what kept me was the tone that in many other similar books is condescending and elitist. Finally, even though the author is American, he/she responds very well to the realities of our society.
