I am 53 years old and I had frequent urination, pain in the genital organs, and abdominal area. In an ultrasound I had, my prostate was found to be double in size, but my PSA was only 1.69. I asked the pharmacy for something and they gave me this. After 1 month, all the symptoms disappeared and when I finished the 2-month supply, I was fine without any symptoms. I stopped taking it for 1 month, but because I have some very mild discomfort, I took it again for 2 months. Very effective!

  Saw Palmetto affects blood clotting, like some other supplements such as Q10, and there is a contraindication for use with blood thinners.
  Because the type of blood thinner you take requires a lot of research, in terms of interaction with the supplement for the prostate that contains serenoa repens / saw palmetto, and the urologists and cardiologists I asked didn't know, it's better to find a product that does not contain serenoa repens / saw palmetto, to have peace of mind.

  I am 69 years old and have had prostate problems for 30 years, since 1992. My PSA is now above 4.5 units.
  I take this supplement with short breaks of about 20 months, as recommended by two urologists.
  Personally, it helps me significantly and I don't have to get up at night. Last urination around 12:00, waking up to urinate from 07:00 to 08:00.
  It is a dietary supplement, NOT a prescribed medication, so it helps but does not cure. In my case, it has an immediate effect, after taking two or three pills I notice a decrease in the minor annoying symptoms.
