    I use them for CrossFit every day for about 7 months. I have never used the finger holes, they have never worked for me. The chalk does not hold very well. The fabric has started to fray and the stitching is coming undone. The fact that they are ambidextrous does not help, as they do not grip as well on the left hand as they do on the right. Lastly, the "UNSTOPPABLE" written on them does not make you unstoppable. It would be better to go for some other grips.
