Useless. I got this supposedly for better than what I had before because it claims to be entirely stainless steel. It couldn't make minced meat NOT EVEN ONCE. Even though I had cut small pieces, without fat and fibers (exactly what I used to put in my old meat grinder, the Kenwood that cost 120 euros and had no issues), it got stuck in this one, turning the pieces into a "paste" that stuck inside the screw and wouldn't come out. I tried in vain, but I had to stop, empty, and clean the screw and the blade every 10 seconds, hoping it would manage to mince the meat I had bought. In the end, I was desperate; it couldn't grind even 100 grams of meat (God help it to be called minced meat) and I struggled for over half an hour. It was useless. I threw away this coarse useless contraption (it's a huge, heavy piece of junk), I tossed it in the trash from the first day and along with it, I threw away the 400 euros that I regret. Shame on them for selling such expensive useless things. Unfortunately, I had to give it 1 star because there is no zero in the rating
