Description

The Theta SC2 offers enhanced video recording, in 4K resolution and smart image optimization features. The Face Mode function detects faces that are in unusual locations within the frame or are highly tilted and centers them. Additionally, it brightens the faces by applying exposure compensation and noise reduction, so that the skin and faces appear brighter and more beautiful.

4K Video

The Theta SC2 records 360° 4K video with internal stitching in real time. Image stabilization helps produce smooth videos, while the 14GB internal memory allows storage of small 4K clips at 30 fps, with a duration of up to 3 minutes.

Night View Mode

This feature combines noise reduction with dynamic range correction and face detection to capture low-noise shots. (The feature is intended for use with a tripod).

It independently controls the auto exposure (AE) and auto white balance (AWB) of the two lenses, in scenes with extreme contrast differences.

Underwater Mode

In this mode, the white balance settings are specifically designed for underwater shots at a depth of 5 to 10 meters, to balance the captured colors.
