I have had it for almost 4 years and I am completely satisfied! The Turbo head (sole) is a great advantage. I have recommended it to a family member.
We bought the vacuum cleaner based on its reviews, so I want to share my own negative experience. First of all, it leaves small particles behind as it passes. Since we have a dark-colored floor and everything shows, despite making multiple passes from the same spot, there are crumbs that it doesn't absorb. So I have to go over the suction directly above the particles. Additionally, the plastic nozzle's attachment to the metal tube broke from the very beginning, despite careful use. I wouldn't recommend it, and unfortunately, we have to buy another one. That means more expenses again.
I have had it for two months now. I haven't regretted a single euro!!! (145€). Wonderful vacuum cleaner, lightweight, flexible. I can't say it's quiet... I put it on medium speed and it makes quite a noise. It has many attachments but the best one is the one for mattresses and sofas... it's somewhat flat and sucks up everything!!!
Very good performance, both on floors and carpets, even with a dog inside the house. If it had a longer cord, it would be perfect, because in a 90sqm space you have to change the socket...

As a vacuum cleaner, it is powerful. The brush broke after two uses. Some wheels broke and the belt came off. The problem is that the company does not recognize it because they told me it is considered consumable and now I have to pay for it. They have no good service at all
Design and Ergonomics
Everything fits easily, the plastics look okay (not perfect but not cheap either).
Easy to use, lightweight, thin but satisfactory cable length, easy to empty the dustbin, easy filter change. Overall, it works great.
Power
Since I'm transitioning from Miele, I feel disappointed with the power, but it doesn't make it weak as a vacuum cleaner. On the contrary, it is quite powerful for all areas of the house (and somewhere here I realized that Miele vacuums are too powerful :P) and it's wrong to compare it to Miele because we're talking about vacuums that cost 300€.

Having used a previous vacuum cleaner, a old cobra delonghi 1500w, the day before, we thought we had cleaned everything. However, upon receiving this specific vacuum cleaner, we realized we hadn't done anything. We also have a large dog that sheds a lot of hair. It didn't leave any hair in the space. Since it is new, we don't know its durability yet, so we will come back in the future. Anyway, it pleasantly surprised us.
23-03-2022 We have already had it for about three months. So far, it is the best purchase we have made. Its plastics require attention, their abundance can be overwhelming, but if you take care of it by washing the filters and the bin without harsh cleaners (I only use water), it works wonders. We use it daily because our dog (German Shepherd) sheds a lot of hair.

The vacuum cleaner simply does not exist. The brush for pets on the carpet works wonders. I thought it was clean and was surprised when I saw the bin filling up. I would choose it again with my eyes closed.
To have a point of comparison... In the space, there are two pets, one of which sheds a lot. The previous vacuum cleaner was a 15-year-old Miele, which had its issues, mainly with the plastics after so many years. We had also purchased the special attachment for pets, which really helped. This specific model from AEG had it as a standard feature and was one of the reasons for choosing it.
Let's go to the positives:
1. Very lightweight compared to the old one and smaller in size.
2. It sucks incredibly well, despite the small motor, to the point where it makes it difficult to work on the carpet. The pet attachment helps a lot there, as it picks up all the hair without hindering movement.
3. Emptying the dustbin is a piece of cake. As the manual suggests, it's preferable to do it on a balcony.
4. The Miele used to smell after a while due to the hair accumulating in the bag. Here, everything is fine.
So-so:
1. Build quality. The plastics don't seem as durable as those of the Miele.
2. The pet attachment needs occasional cleaning, so it has to be opened. With the Miele, it opened easily with a coin, but here, you need a screwdriver.
3. Compared to the Miele, it doesn't have any rubber perimeter to absorb furniture bumps. Of course, it's smaller and lighter, so it maneuvers more easily.
Negatives:
1. The power cord is shorter (~3m, 9 instead of 12m radius) than the Miele's, so we were used to not changing outlets often. It bothered us. The larger AEG model had those extra 3 meters of cord, but we were won over by the standard pet attachment.
2. The flexible hose is noticeably thinner, resulting in it easily breaking (as others have also mentioned) if you're not careful.
Update: After 2.5 years, the hose developed a hole in one spot and got cut in another. Through skroutz, I found a replacement, which is thicker than the original, and now there is no longer any negative aspect. The cost of the replacement is 24 euros.
3. Due to its small size, it doesn't have internal storage space for the accessories.
I would give it 5 stars if it had a longer power cord and a better quality flexible hose.
We have a pet with a lot of hair and the truth is that with the brushes it has, it helps us a lot and collects most of the dog's hair. It is also a great convenience that it has a bin and you simply empty it because it does not get clogged with hair.
I had my eye on it for a while and I just got it (the red one)!!! Too bad I didn't get it earlier!!!! The main brush (which I managed to try) glides effortlessly on the floor, it's a pleasure to sweep! The construction is high quality, everything fits perfectly. It has 6 brushes inside, including ones for pets. The fact that it is powerful doesn't need to be mentioned, so many reviews say it. I have changed 4 vacuum cleaners so far, and apart from the first one 20 years ago that I loved, this is the best choice I have made!
Wonderful and powerful. It collects everything and pet hair from fabrics, sofas, carpets. Many attachments, it also does dusting on shelves and other surfaces. I would like a slightly longer cord for a 85 sqm house, but I change the socket 3 times that I connect it to. I'm just afraid that the detachable bin may not hold up to the constant use of putting it on and taking it off for emptying. We'll see.
For its price, it's great. The only problem is the well-known one about the easily breakable tube. Other than that, it's a pretty good purchase

I received it today. Excellent choice and value for money. Especially the attachment for pet hair is exceptional! It doesn't leave a single hair with one pass. The amount of dust the bin collects with the first sweep is impressive. The house shines and leaves no trace of dust on the floors. It suctions perfectly, especially in areas where the carpet needs to be lowered in intensity to clean comfortably. I highly recommend it without hesitation!
We received it today. The vacuum cleaner is excellent. The turbo attachment - if I understand correctly, it is the one for pet hair - cleans EXTREMELY well. We used it on a tough hallway carpet that you believe nothing can clean well. It picked up all of our dog's hair and a lot of dust. The bin comes out, empties, and cleans easily. The only negative is its spiral. It is softer than it should be, resulting in it breaking during use (like a water hose). It doesn't happen very often, but if it worsens, it will become a significant problem.
