Pan with lid from the Acer collection, with ergonomic, non-heating soft touch handles. Made of 18/8 stainless steel (304 Stainless steel), it guarantees high performance combined with perfectly healthy and safe cooking, while the excellent quality raw material makes it resistant to long-term use and scratches.
The heavy, triple, thermally conductive bottom made of stainless steel and intermediate aluminum body fits perfectly on all stoves, resulting in uniform heat distribution across its entire surface. The utensil heats up faster and maintains its temperature for a longer period, offering maximum efficiency.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
Fake. The floor of the pan is not flat, but in the center it has a large upward curve for some reason, and as a result, whatever you put in the center gets burned because it is dry in the center since all the fats/oils gather at the edges. I have never seen a pan like this before.
Also, after about 10 uses, the lid broke the plastic in the center. Completely fake, very thin, they skimped on the plastic.
Cleaning is easy only if you carefully pour hot water slowly when the pan is still hot, and it cleans itself (obviously with the lid closed). But it requires a lot of attention and a way to not get burned by steam.
Also, the lid does not allow you to clean it completely because there are areas that cannot be cleaned... between the metal and the glass all around.
Stainless steel pans are the best, I would say, but this one is garbage.
Much larger and heavier than I expected.
I bought it for an induction cooker (which we have for cooking in the yard, fish, etc.) in the largest size that the cooker accepts. We also use it on ceramic cookers. We have no complaints. It has enough weight, but the diameter is also relatively large, and the two handles help with safe transportation.
So far, I haven't had any problems with stuck food or scratches. In fact, I intentionally avoided getting a pan with Teflon because others in the household have the bad habit of using knives and forks to scrape off food. With this particular pan, any scratches will simply be unsightly.
It arrived well-packaged in its box, and the lid fits well.
