After a year of use (and having a very bad experience with two consecutive microwaves), I have to say that this particular one is a decent microwave.
The positives:
-Easy cleaning.
Indeed, it is very easy to clean, as long as you follow the instructions faithfully. That is, unplug the plug from the socket, clean the interior of the device with a damp (only with water, not with detergents) soft cloth that you have squeezed very well beforehand, and finally wipe it with a dry soft cloth and the device is clean. Be careful not to lean on the device during the entire cleaning process in order to avoid any damage. Additionally, when cleaning the device, be careful with the "cardboard" protective part. Clean it very gently. And as it gets clean, do not apply pressure on it, as it may cause damage.
-Satisfactory heating.
Personally, I have found that by setting the top switch to Med (Medium) and the bottom timer to 0.4, a cooked meal will be heated to a very good degree (to the point of steaming). Of course, in winter, the reheated food will cool down somewhat quickly due to the cold atmosphere. Therefore, when someone consumes the meal as soon as it comes out of the microwave, they may enjoy it better. Also, a smaller portion meal can be heated equally satisfactorily by setting the top switch to Med and the bottom timer to 5 or 4.
-The loud sound of the audible notification.
It is true what it says in the relevant excerpt. The good thing is that the audible notification is loud. Imagine something like the round table bells in hotel receptions. Only the sound is louder. Therefore, there is no chance of not noticing the completion of the process you have set the device to (unless you are in another room, etc.). Let me add the following as well. Suppose you consider the meal to be sufficiently heated, but the timer has not finished. Simply turn the timer to 0 in order to hear the characteristic ringing.
The negatives:
-The choice of colors for the indicators. The indicators, for some reason, have two colors. Some are printed in black, while others in light gray.
The ones that have been printed in black are legible because the black color contrasts with the white color of the microwave. The ones that have been printed in light gray are illegible. And this is because they "get lost" in the white color of the microwave. As an example, look at the first photo in the advertisement. Specifically, look at the bottom switch (which is the timer). Although some of the indicators are in black (0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0) and are clear, the intermediate ones are in light gray and are not easily distinguishable. In the photo, you may be able to read the light gray shades somewhat due to the lighting of your device's screen (PC, mobile, tablet, etc.). But in reality, they are indistinct.
-The lack of the ability to heat two plates.
The device comfortably fits only one plate (or a small microwave-safe container) with food that is intended to be heated/defrosted. It does not fit two plates. Heating two plates simultaneously reduces the waiting time (until both plates are heated) and potentially saves energy (with one heating, two plates are heated). However, the extra weight may strain the device and cause it to deteriorate faster.
Finally, I would like to comment on some of the features mentioned.
-The six programs.
I have never used all of them. I found the Medium option (on the top switch) and 0.4 (on the bottom switch) to be sufficient for adequately heating a cooked meal that has cooled down. As for cooking, I prefer traditional utensils such as pots, pans, and ovens.
-Defrost function.
Personally, I have never used the defrost function. I prefer food to defrost naturally, either by taking it out of the freezer the previous night or by transferring it (again, from the previous night) from the freezer to the refrigerator. Therefore, I cannot express an opinion on the defrost function.
I have nothing else to add.
Would I buy it again? It did not have any technical issues and performed well. So, maybe I would buy it again as it proved to be quite satisfactory. At least for my taste. Unless I found something else that is equally good and cheaper.
The three stars are because I cannot form an opinion about the defrost and cooking functions. Also, for any potential improvements that can be implemented in a future model by the company.
P.S.
If you open the door of the oven during heating, defrosting, etc., the device temporarily stops its operation and resumes once you close the door again.
I mention this specifically to provide a more comprehensive picture.
