The Esse Plus is the most reliable solution for easy installation, with good performance for small and medium kitchens.
It features:
High-level stainless steel finish on the front panel
Metal filters that are dishwasher safe
Can also operate with carbon filters when extraction is not possible
LED Lighting & Noise Levels
The product is equipped with an LED (Light Emitting Diode) lighting system. The LEDs (2×3 W) provide the best possible illumination of the stove to facilitate cooking. Additionally, they last up to ten times longer than conventional bulbs, saving 90% electrical energy.
The noise levels of the Esse Plus range between 57-67 db(A).

For the money it costs, it is a relatively good choice. The serious drawback is in its design, as the valve that holds the steam condensation is poorly designed, resulting in water dripping when there is too much steam. It is better to spend a little more and get a better device.
Stay away from this. One of the worst purchases I have made. Unfortunately, we found it in a rented house, so it was almost impossible to find the same extractor fan in order to avoid cutting, etc. The first one came completely crooked in the filters and we sent it back, asking for a replacement instead of a refund...the second one also came with a defect, with slightly crooked filters and a crooked front as well. Since it was working, I made the mistake of writing that it needs repair and we waited for 2 weeks, maybe even more, for it to be "repaired" and come back to us slightly better...the result is shown in the photo. For laughs and tears, it is unimaginable for such things to come out of its factories.
Unfortunately, it is quite small and does not have much suction power. I have had it for 5 years already and it broke on the side where the switch function is, because as I found out, the base that contains the switches is plastic and it is extremely difficult to re-glue, so I am heading for a new purchase. I consider it a bad purchase.
I am a technician.
I have installed it in my house, as well as in many customers' houses who did not have high demands.
The extractor is great and works perfectly.
On the first setting, place an open tissue underneath and see the results for yourself.
Washable filters in the dishwasher.
The lighting is not LED, but it's fine.
They call it value for money, right?
Well, yes, without a doubt.
And of course, we never reduce the output of the extractor with a smaller pipe, especially when we have many meters until the exit.
We strain the motor and have much more noise.
I have had the extractor for three years. It lasted that long. It is cheap but fake. The little teeth that hold the filters broke, as well as the switches that adjust the motor speed. It is relatively weak, resulting in a bad odor in the space. Not recommended, it is better to invest in something more expensive that will last longer.
Really excellent ..... yes, the front drawer is small ... yes, it makes noise on the third level ..... but for 70 euros, it sucks better than a 150 euro one with more noise ...
Also, the motor is somewhat horizontal and will not get dirty - clogged easily, compared to the previous one I had ... PERFECT ... !!!
Mediocre extractor fan pulls relatively well, but as others have written, the front filter that opens is small and does not reach the front eyes, resulting in steam escaping. On the positive side, the noise is satisfactory and the lighting is perfectly strong.
If someone is used to a freestanding extractor that covers the entire size of the kitchen, they will not be satisfied. The open drawer does not cover the front burners of the kitchen, resulting in steam rising up to the cabinets if you cook on them. Its performance is average. It is relatively noisy on the third setting, but manageable on the first two. If you can get a freestanding one for the same price, prefer it
The only negative thing about it is that, if it is placed in a cold space, the steam that rises condenses and drips when it comes into contact with the cold metal filter. Other than that, it is excellent.
It is good for its price. I bought it for our vacation home where we don't use it very often, but for the times it has worked, it is satisfactory.
I consider it a very honest purchase. Now, if you expect it to perform like a triple-priced extractor, of course it won't... (neither in performance nor in build quality)
I dare not even take a photo of how awful it is. The bulbs burned out within 6 months of purchase. Then the plastic protectors started coming off the lights and eventually fell off completely, so I removed them. Because I cook frequently, I want to clean the filters once a month. Within 8 months, the "teeth" that hold one of the filters broke, and we had to come up with a makeshift solution to put the filter back in place. At 10 months, the other one broke as well. It doesn't absorb well at all, and now I'm afraid to clean it regularly in case it breaks completely. Such a shame.
A decent machine. It runs smoothly, the noise is not loud, and it has good construction. Time will tell how long it will last and how dirty it will get from the stains.
I bought this for my mother after the old one broke down.
Everything was fine, it was installed properly and worked perfectly for 1-2 weeks. Suddenly, one button became loose, got stuck, and now it only works on one high setting. It's not a big deal, these things happen and there are always flaws.
I called a technician from the representative and he came after a week to tell her that it's not covered (apparently she was playing with the buttons or getting frustrated with them.. I don't know, maybe!). He said we need a €5 replacement part and €50 for labor! Obviously, we shook our heads and might consider buying another one just to have spare parts. I understand that it's a cheap product, but it's ridiculous that they don't cover it when something breaks after only about 10 uses.
At first glance, it's okay for its price.
It is lightweight and seemed a bit fake. In terms of functionality, it is equivalent to its price.
It seems to absorb something, I had placed a piece of paper to see if it would hold it and indeed it held it properly and emitted satisfactory air when released.
Now I have to see how quickly it gets dirty and how long the motor will last.
For its price, I believe it is worth it, but in small food portions.. it doesn't pull anything and all the steam falls into the food.. even though it had good reviews, we made a mistake and you should stay away as much as possible, there are better options.
Excellent Greek product with very tolerable noise levels and good absorbency for its price, especially if someone is constantly frying and prefers the stronger one
Satisfactory performance and noise level for its price. Minus one star because the sliding part is not aligned, one side is slightly lower - I remember reading this somewhere else, in another review, so it must be a construction oversight.
