I returned it with the shipping costs paid through skroutz, I requested replacement from the beginning, which was accepted. After about 2 days, I realized that I can no longer trust the product, I requested a refund with my second request to the skroutz team, which was accepted again. They refunded me the value of the product and the shipping costs. I am completely satisfied with skroutz's policy and yes, I highly recommend purchasing through skroutz. You can have peace of mind regarding the warranty. Buy without fear.

  The placement should be done in a spot, for example, on the dashboard of the car, which does not have direct contact with sunlight. The temperature indications are quite reliable compared to other thermometers. As for its durability over time, I have some reservations as after a year and a half of operation, the circuit board suddenly short-circuited. However, in order to avoid reinstalling the sensor (external to the driver's mirror), a few days ago I purchased a new thermometer of the exact same type. I hope this time my choice proves to be correct.
  P.S. Unfortunately, it suddenly stopped working as well. What a waste of money!!!
