I got it for my marathon training. I am very satisfied. I have taken half with caffeine and half without, and I take them depending on the workout. Affordable price. I was planning to use them only for training, but I will probably use them during the marathon as well

Overall, the High5 isotonic and energy drinks suited me perfectly. I suffer from gastroesophageal reflux disease and my stomach is very sensitive to these types of products. Especially when cycling and on long rides, the last thing you want is an upset stomach. They are easily digestible, provide energy for 30-40 minutes, and do not leave a bad taste in the mouth. Of course, they should be consumed with water, around 300 ml per sachet (two to three good sips). They are also relatively affordable.

Quite good but when I use it for running in races, it excessively dries out the mouth to the point where you have to search for water as if you are in the desert. So, make sure to take it at least 5 minutes before having a water station if you are in a running race
