The device has been used for 4 months. I work in the agricultural sector, with daily manual labor and mainly pain in the back, waist, and legs.
I can say that I am very satisfied because it is powerful within reasonable limits and its battery lasts on the low setting for about 20 minutes, sometimes a little longer. By testing it, I have concluded that the first three intensity levels are the ones that balance pain relief with battery autonomy. The higher the intensity level you choose, the battery autonomy decreases significantly.
The plastic casing is not the best quality and its edges are not perfectly smooth, which is logical and expected considering the low price of the product.
If you don't have such a device and would like to try if it suits you, in my opinion, it is a very good choice. If, on the other hand, you are looking for more intensity, autonomy, or quality, you should probably look for something else

Be careful with the heads, don't pull them abruptly, the socket will come out too, it opened a hole for me and the screw went inside. I put another screw with instant glue and it came off again.   Well!
  I got it for 10€. I'm mentioning this so we keep it in mind.
  The packaging arrived almost damaged, they probably used it to fill a boxing bag and train. Nevertheless, the items (device, charger, heads) were complete inside. Now, the charger is a bit strange; you connect it to the device and plug it into the socket, and a red light turns on. After a while, the light turns green. So far, so good. But if you unplug it from the socket and it remains connected to the device, the light stays on green, so I assume it draws power from the device now, which I haven't seen in any other device/charger. But it's not a big deal; I just disconnect everything when charging is done.
  Now, the device works fine. It doesn't give the hand the feeling of a 10€ device at all; it feels almost like a quality item. Of course, it has its issues, especially if you have it on the "low" setting and push it too hard against you, it may not have enough power, so it might stall a bit and turn off. At first, I thought the battery was dead, but you turn it back on, and it works normally again. It doesn't have infinite battery life, but it gives me about a quarter of an hour of continuous use.
  Basically, I got it to test if this type of device suits me, to see if I would notice any difference in my body. I can say that I did notice a difference; it really does work. As for how long this specific device will last, I don't know; time will tell. But still, it cost 10€.. And even if it lasts a month, I consider it fairly honest. Of course, I hope for something better. As long as it doesn't break, I see no reason to go for something more expensive because I am very satisfied with the work it does (though I say this without ever having tried anything better, as I mentioned it was an exploratory purchase).

  I got it as a trial after undergoing physiotherapy, and I can say that the difference is not as much as one would expect between a device that costs 15 euros and one that costs 100 euros or more. Generally, the battery lasts about 40 minutes, as I usually use it for 10 minutes and it lasts for 4-5 times before it stops, working at speed 3-4 out of the 6 it has. Its charging is very fast, about 1 hour. Finally, because I have seen some comments about how it shuts down, indeed, if you hold down the button, the device shuts down and you don't need to reach the end.

  The only negative thing I would say is that, apart from the spherical attachment, the other 3 are somewhat hard. They are suitable for specific surfaces.
