It has Greek characters and menus. It has call blocking for unwanted calls, multiple ringtone options, clear communication, and the screen does not stay permanently on when it is on the base (as some people mention, there is an option in the menu). It can also function in case of a power outage, has the ability to send SMS, has baby monitoring capabilities, and can store up to three numbers in the contacts. Missed calls show the date and time, and it has a backlit keypad. Overall, it is a reliable cordless phone with many features. The various "issues" that some people mention, such as language-line jack, are probably due to the fact that they were not purchased from the official importer in Greece and are imports from the store where they were purchased. The batteries (2x500mah/1.2VNM) that came with the device were not used, but batteries of the same brand with double the capacity (900mah) lasted for 6 days with minimal use. As for the indicator light for calls, if anyone finds it, please let us know because I couldn't find it.

I chose this particular phone on a 50% discount, having had an older Panasonic, I decided to stick with the same brand since the previous model from 15 years ago worked fine.
A bad surprise is that the menu has not been upgraded and is basically slower than the old model, it's just colored now.
An upgrade that I was expecting but does not exist is the ability to import a CSV directory, so the contacts have to be manually transferred.
It also cannot accept the common market hands-free with a 3.5mm jack, so it will need its own.
Lastly, and most annoyingly, if someone calls you and you don't answer, the phone will continue to ring forever, even if the caller hangs up until you reject the call!

From the best wireless devices of the company, I have it for over a year and it hasn't had any issues. It has a solid construction, the buttons are very good and not made of plastic like others, it has a large screen, good menu but a bit slow. Having three numbers per name is a great advantage, and the most important thing for me is the headphone cable that frees your hands, and that's why I bought it. Of course, it is not sold together, nor as an accessory, you just have to look for it in the market, but BE CAREFUL with the plug... it probably needs a 2.5mm plug with 2 black wires on the connector. As for the batteries, I have put GP Recyko+ Pro AAA 800mAh and I forget to charge them... On the negative side, there is nothing that bothers me about the device, except for the PRICE, because it costs 50.00 euros in Greece, but I chose it only for the WARRANTY... the decision is yours...

It has many useful features, BUT it does NOT have ANY contact transfer capability (copying) (something that even the cheapest wireless devices have). OK, PANASONIC refuses to provide any connection capability with PC/Smartphone for contact transfer (at least in these wireless categories), but even in its cheapest wireless devices it provides the capability of transfer between devices connected to the same base. My old wireless (PANASONIC) is connected to the base of this wireless device and while (the old one) gives me the ability to copy the directory (which has the same structure as that of KX-TGJ310 - up to 3 numbers/names & 9 categories), the KX-TGJ310 does NOT have this capability. And we're talking about 200 phones!
So it is either aimed at people who do not expect to receive many calls from acquaintances, or at slow-paced individuals who have nothing better to do than manually transfer contacts in the era of vCard, Excel, and Smartphones! Oh, and Greek characters only in uppercase!

I have had the product for a few days and it feels very good and has incredible sound, as my colleagues told me. Unfortunately, the store supplies it from Germany and it had some issues such as a different type of telephone cable, a German manual (I can't find an English one anywhere), it does not include headphones (maybe a phone), and it has a German pronunciation of the number that calls you (you can disable it).
It looks nice, has a quality clip to hang it on your pants while talking with headphones, it is very lightweight, has nice brightness, and a decent screen for wireless use. Finally, the battery seems to last for more than a week.Drawback: due to the screen graphics, it lags in navigation compared to simple wireless devices.
