When there is a lot of noise in the area where your interlocutor is located and you have difficulty hearing them, you can reduce the background noise to make their voice clearer by simply pressing the special button.
During a power outage, you can supply the base unit with the electrical energy stored in the handset, allowing you to make calls for a certain period of time while the outage lasts.
You can block annoying calls from unwanted numbers. The numbers on your blocked call list will be blocked (the device will not transmit any sound to the caller and will disconnect the call) if they call you.

After using 3 Panasonic KX-TG6811 devices for office and home, I switched to the Panasonic KX-TG6851.
- Better build quality
- Faster and more user-friendly menu
- More readable screen
If you're still searching, go for the 6851.
I returned it immediately because it had a problem. When I spoke, I couldn't hear my interlocutor and it made various noises.
All these years I must have bought 2-3, resistant to stubbornness, drops, even throws... it's a best seller
I have had the cordless phone since 01/2023. It is of good quality compared to others, the ringtone is not loud, it has speakerphone which is okay, interesting but I wanted to comment on the price evolution. It was purchased then for €36 and it was worth the purchase price. Now it costs €50 and a few months ago it reached €80!! Do some market research before you decide.
Not a good device at all, I have the ringing at maximum and it barely sounds. My mother, who also has a hearing problem, often doesn't hear it at all. The menu and usage are not very convenient. Older devices were far superior. I regret this purchase
Durable construction and large buttons with a clear display, good for seniors. It can take additional headsets and has intercom functionality. Good range unless you have many walls between you and the base. The menu is familiar, the initial setup may seem complicated, but it has the basics you ask for from a device in this price range. I would like it to store more numbers and have more options for blocking. The only significant problem is that sometimes it doesn't "sit" well on the base resulting in it not charging, it requires attention. Overall, I was satisfied.
Everything is fine, but the ringtone is very low. It was purchased for the elderly because it has large keys, but the volume of the sound during calls has disappointed them.
With relatively little use after 1 year, the indicators on the screen have disappeared (you only see a bright screen). Before this happened, it had issues with call recognition. This was the 2nd Panasonic I bought in recent years, and both have had problems. I have one from 2004 that still works perfectly. I think Panasonic has significantly lowered its quality
Stable and timeless value. I have had it for years and I wouldn't change it for anything. The previous one broke due to normal wear and tear, so I bought the same one.
The only major negative is the low volume of the ringtone. At maximum, it sounds relatively low. That is, in a large house, in a noisy store, etc., there is a problem.
For 35 euros it's fine. Because I saw some comments about chargers etc. I would like to add that I also had the English charger as well as the one for our data. It has call blocking, although I don't know with so many numbers that create if it will fill with unwanted ones. The speakerphone is satisfactory and convenient when you are on hold. The ring tones and volume are proportional to the melody, so if you are in a noisy place you may need to put a melody that you don't even like but will serve you. It has alarms with the option of a separate melody for each one, the only negative is that you will have to set the date you want it to ring again, it's not like on mobile phones. As for the battery life in talk time I have no opinion since I don't talk much but as for standby it will last a week, maybe even more before I have to charge it again.
Cheap construction that won't last long, especially if there are children in the house. Fades like crazy. Has good range but not a particularly durable device
After almost 2 years of use, it is a reliable wireless with good battery and range. It has call blocking, open listening, the only issue is that its ringing is not loud enough,,, but otherwise for its money it is very good.
I have had it for three months, overall I am satisfied but it lacks a lot in the volume of the ringtone, it is the quietest I have ever heard on any landline, with the volume at max of course.
Very aesthetically pleasing as a device (pearl white color). The illuminated menu is very user-friendly and readable. In a house of about 90-100 square meters, there is no problem with its wireless use. Its sound quality is very satisfactory without any difficulties for the user. User-friendly device for elderly people.
What can I say... it was purchased on 22/07/2022 and today, 23/09/2023, it broke... with very little use, considering I'm almost all day at work.
Waste of money... one star is too much.
The handling menu is a bit nerve-wracking. Often times, I prefer to dial a number from scratch rather than search for it in calls or saved contacts. This is due to the relatively cumbersome navigation menu.
I bought it to replace an old wireless Panasonic phone, with which we could hardly hear anything. Although this phone has better overall sound, it is still quite low. Many times I turn on the speakerphone and it helps a lot. I wouldn't buy it again.
I bought it for the second time because the screen turned black after the 50th fall on the first model. It's perfect for everything.
Old, good, durable and unbeatable.
A pair of good batteries (Panasonic) is needed and you charge them every week.
The 3rd one I've had for 11 years.
Excellent, I have 2 identical devices here for several years. Generally, Panasonic is a guarantee for cordless phones. I have their devices for many years and they still work without any problem.
Quite good for its price. I have bought 4 for my work and they are functioning flawlessly so far with use.
I had it for 15 months and the contact between the earpiece and the base broke, resulting in it not being able to charge. I sent it for service to the store where I bought it, initially they told me that the batteries were not performing well, they sent it back (!) and finally when I put new batteries, the same thing happened. Obviously, that was not the problem, so they refunded me...
However, the really unacceptable thing was the call sound quality... everyone had to be completely quiet while you had it stuck in your ear to hear or you had to run to isolate yourself in another room... Disappointing for Panasonic...
In the end, I paid an additional 17 euros and got the Gigaset C530 which has a bell sound!
Very good for household use and has open listening. It has a child lock. Its battery life is moderate. Beautiful design.
Only the sound is a bit weak compared to mobile phones (this is the real comparison, not the fax). Specifically, the speaker is on the back during open listening, so if you hold it from there or lay it on top of you to talk, now you know (turn the screen downwards). Otherwise, everything is great.
Excellent in every way and great value for money in every case. I was so pleased with it that I even bought two more devices for my own people.
Very good quality-price ratio. I bought it for my elderly parents and they found it easy to use.
Very good phone! It's worth the money. Also, holding down the menu button for a few seconds locks the keyboard, which is important if you have kids at home who might use it for playing. I recommend it!
I couldn't connect it because the network cable was for the old system and I had to go to an electronics store to have it cut and put another adapter so that I could connect it. Overall, I would say it was mediocre.
For the money, it's good.
One significant negative is that the ringtone volume is not loud enough. You will have a problem in large houses.
Very good choice. The only downside is that it's from abroad and requires a connection cable customized for Greek use if purchased. Otherwise, very user-friendly!
