General usage/maintenance instructions for Cooking Vessels:

• Before using the product for the first time, remove all labels and stickers, and clean it with water and soap.
• Boil a small amount of water, let it cool, and then dry it carefully.
• Coat the non-stick surface with olive oil and wipe lightly. It is not necessary to use oils or fats when cooking in the non-stick vessel.
• Do not use "oil in a spray." The oil layer created by spraying is so thin that it will burn at very low temperatures.
• Select the right size burner that is closest to the diameter of the vessel and center the vessel over the heat source.
• Refer to the induction burners' instructions regarding diameter.
• It is recommended to use your vessel on low or medium heat, not exceeding 280° C.
• Do not cook fatty foods to the point of burning and blackening.
• Prefer wooden, plastic, and silicone cooking utensils.
• Carefully store the vessel to keep the inner non-stick coating intact.
• Vessels with plastic handles should NOT be used in the oven.
• Check the handles before use and tighten if necessary.

Cleaning:

• Hand washing with a sponge and liquid dish detergent is recommended.
• If you use a dishwasher, use mild detergents in economical cycles at moderate temperature.
• Using a dishwasher will not affect performance, but it may discolor the vessel.
• Aluminum vessels should NOT be washed in a dishwasher.
• Do not use abrasive and corrosive products.
• It is good to rub the pan with a few drops of oil after each wash.

Caution:

• Do not overheat the vessel when it is empty.
• Do not leave the vessel unattended during cooking.
• Allow it to cool before cleaning.
• Using protective gloves is preferable during cleaning.
• Avoid sliding the cooking vessels over a ceramic hob.
• Ensure that the base of the cooking vessels and the surface of the hob are clean before cooking.
