The water drawer helps keep the grilled items retaining their proteins and moisture, offering excellent flavor, tender and juicy grilling. Additionally, cleaning the device at the end of the day is made easier, as all residue ends up in it.

During grilling, the water helps reduce smoke from the fats that burn off. Removable parts such as grill, protectors, and drawer facilitate the cleaning of the device.

The device is made entirely of stainless steel. The burning safety is continuously monitored by a safety valve. It features a piezoelectric igniter and a pilot light at the back for igniting the burner.
