It is very high-quality and sturdy construction, it cleans amazingly well, it has a very tall handle so even the tallest person doesn't have to bend down, and I can reach the ceiling if needed. The vacuum cleaner was 6 months old and started to not absorb properly. We took it to the Miele dealership in Heraklion, Crete (103 Knossou Street). They told us that they would check it and let us know. They called us to inform us that the motor had burned out due to our own misuse and that they would not cover the cost of repair (128 euros) under the warranty that the vacuum was still under! Of course, we could not accept that such damage could occur due to our own simple household use, so we strongly protested. Finally, they told us that because the vacuum was only a few months old, they would give us a 40% discount. We were forced to have it repaired and when we went to pick it up, we asked them to test it in front of us. They told us that they couldn't test it because we were supposed to have brought the bag-filter set with us! After our surprise that they didn't even have a bag to simply place for demonstration purposes (we didn't ask them to give us the bag, after all!) and our strong protest, they placed a bag to demonstrate it to us. Conclusion: it is an absolute disappointment that a company like Miele a) tried to cover up a clearly defective and objectively expensive product by claiming that it was due to "poor" use after only six months! and b) that the service of the dealership cannot meet the expectations of a so-called premium brand. We will not purchase a product from this company again and, of course, we do not recommend it to anyone!
It is very heavy and a bit uncomfortable the telescopic pole....For a tall person, it is not easy to use due to weight and bulk.

Very good vacuum cleaner, practical, easy, powerful, with a long cord that reaches in my house (as there is a socket in the middle of the house). Powerful, quiet, flawless vacuum cleaner that is worth the money. I have the same one - a slightly older model - whose only problem was the cable that deteriorated, and to replace it, Miele asked me for 200 euros, and that was a year ago! So I had to use insulating tape on the spots that had worn out, but the vacuum still works fine. About two months ago, I got a new one, and so far, I am very satisfied! Let's hope the cable doesn't wear out like the old one.

Purchased based on the good reviews and the first impression is EXCELLENT! It easily lifted the carpet in the living room! My previous one, a Samsung 2000watt, was powerful but I never saw it do this! The noise from its operation at full power is minimal. At medium power, it is quieter than the microwave! I will come back later, but I don't think anything will change!
It is the best vacuum cleaner for home, we have 2 that replaced the ones that were 25 years old. Powerful motor with low noise levels, easy use of the hose, accessories, bag and filter change. The older models we had were tanks. Fortunately, this one has relatively low weight both in the vacuum unit and in the hose.
Miele's service is generally expensive, however you can find spare parts and accessories (e.g. buttons, flanges, etc. if needed) directly from the company and you can repair it yourself or by a technician outside the company if needed. Miele provides a package with 4 boxes of bags, a HEPA filter, and extends the warranty to 5 years in total at the price you would have bought the bags separately.
I think at the moment it is the best and most reliable option available. There is nothing else to consider if you want a bagged vacuum cleaner, regardless of price.
In the category of (bagged vacuum cleaner), it is one of the best choices. Its suction power is at least satisfactory even in difficult situations. However, you can find this in other vacuum cleaners as well.
What sets it apart is the excellent quality of its plastics, how easily and conveniently all its accessories attach. No matter how much you bang it against corners, doors, furniture, etc., it does not break. Only if you throw it down the stairs, it might break.
Also, with the use of its own filters, the re-emission of dust into the space is minimal.
It is very effective for cleaning the car as it has all the necessary attachments and is powerful enough to effectively clean the carpets inside.
As for the negatives, I would mention its weight. If your house has an internal staircase and you have to lift it to bring it upstairs, it will be inconvenient. And finally, its small wheels are a problem when it comes to climbing on carpets, but mainly when trying to pass its cord, as if you step on it, it gets stuck and doesn't move forward.

The purchase of the vacuum cleaner was made recently and luckily I got the right one this time! (See my previous review for a vacuum cleaner). I bought it based on my experience with the previous MIELE s5210, which I had for 15 years and it was amazing and durable. This particular one amazed me. It doesn't just clean, it feels like it's mopping. It makes everything disappear in its path. A simple pass and the dust is gone! I don't know where it finds all that dust. I clean several surfaces on its lowest settings and it's like I cleaned them with a wet cloth. I have never seen my house so clean (especially when the vacuum cleaner is on its lowest settings). It also glides very smoothly on the floors and carpets. It's also very flexible! However, I was disappointed with the noise issue because I expected it to be quiet but it's not... I measured the noise and it showed 84db. I believe if I vacuum in the afternoon, the neighbors will complain. But other than that, it's the best vacuum cleaner I've ever had in my life. I don't know about others, but I am 100% satisfied. I will come back in the future to evaluate its durability.

I could just say that it's Miele and finish here, but I will write about some details that I liked besides the fact that it is sturdy, with low noise and powerful. The cable really solves your hands with its 12 meters. In an apartment with a central socket, it reaches everywhere and there is extra. The cable is also thick and does not get stuck under the door when you enter or exit rooms. Very important is its maneuverability as the rear wheels rotate like the front and can move sideways when for example you are bent under a sofa and want to push it. Another important thing is the protective rubber it has around it so as not to hurt the furniture but also itself when we clean a little roughly and hastily. It is worth its money and more. I got it from the dealership with a mechanism warranty.
