    Although they have a nice grip and are very stable, the application on the ankle is very tight. I bought them a year ago and have worn them 3 times. From the first time I wore them, they hurt me. I tried to open them by pulling the elastic with my foot, but ironically, it is very high quality and does not stretch! Unfortunately, I would not recommend it to anyone!
