It has nothing to envy compared to Dymatize, Applied Nutrition, and Lambert's that I have tried over time. Very nice refreshing taste that actually reminds me of orange. I took it for a month. It doesn't work miracles like any other, of course, if you don't exercise and follow a diet. I didn't have any side effects. I would prefer it again if it had BCAA. It is also from a Greek company and with EOF.

I used it from late April until June and started using it again now that I've started training. I can say that it is indeed effective and necessary during periods of intense training, both for muscle recovery and energy levels.
