The drive can operate in multi-RAID systems with up to 8 drive bays, allowing reliable storage and access to large volumes of data from multiple clients - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The N300 drives ensure high reliability by minimizing the effects of vibration with advanced detection and control technology. Multiple sensors detect even the slightest shocks, and built-in RV sensors compensate for rotational vibrations.

The N300 units support workloads of up to 180 TB per year, which is up to 3 times higher than standard desktop hard drives.

One of the reasons why the N300 series units last longer is due to their heavy-duty components. The automatic adjustment of the head positioning speed ensures lower temperatures during operations that generate a lot of heat.

A data buffer of 512 MB, 256 MB, or 128 MB allows high performance and high read speed in high access load situations for multiple users.

Toshiba's Dynamic Cache technology optimizes cache allocation during read/write operations to deliver the high levels of performance required for real-time sectors.
