Everything is good, just the packaging surprised me a bit but it's worth it. The 3 meters are a lot, adjust it to the height you want, leave 2-3 cm on the right and left, and cut it with a cutter and apply the caps again on the edges.

Bought a few days ago. The second time I used the jump rope, the clamp that holds onto the wire rope broke. Specifically, the threads of the screw broke. Now, in order for it to work, I had to put insulation at the end to hold the handle during exercise.
