"The quirkiness made it mine," as Kavvadias says, so here's the deal: It is definitely overpriced for what it offers. For a third of the price, a G-Shock can do the same things, and if you want something more sturdy for the same amount of money, a Citizen Aqualand or a Seiko Prospex PADI Divers would be better options.

Now, if you really want to get a Luminox, avoid the low-end series because there have been various issues reported (the minute hand falls off, it loses time, the bezel detaches from the outer rotating ring at 12 o'clock, and the plastic case looks cheap), as I mentioned earlier. I liked the style, which is why I bought it. The screw-down crown, the rotating back, the sapphire crystal, the cyclops lens at three o'clock for date magnification, the carbonox case, the lightweight, the compact dimensions compared to a G-Shock, and the comfortable strap make a difference.

Now, the luminescence: Well, if you're used to dive watches with superluminova that glow like flashlights when charged from outside in a dark room, then you will definitely be disappointed. Give it about 20 minutes to appreciate it, for example, when you fall asleep and wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, where your eyes have adjusted to the darkness. Then, yes, you have the luminescence that resembles a 4K TV in terms of quality and sharpness compared to superluminova, which looks like a VHS cassette to those who remember it! As for the rest, time will tell, I will let you know.

P.S. In the instructions, there is no mention of the movement it uses! It is the reliable Swiss Ronda 515 quartz movement, which costs 20 euros! It only mentions which security forces they have collaborated with, as if it matters to the consumer. Anyway, if you're tired of Casio and want to change,
