What it offers:

    Initially, I had purchased the dolphin for 15 euros, from which I was very satisfied. It had a strong head and reached deep into muscle knots. After 2 months, it stopped working (I used it 2 or more times a day). So, I decided to get a better one with two heads, but be careful! The Medisana ITM wobbles like a seesaw and doesn't move up and down. It is weaker than the dolphin, maybe 2-3 times weaker. It does the job, but I expected the pulse to be stronger. I would recommend going for something with a single head if you want a strong pulse, or if it has two heads, make sure the movement is up and down, not left and right. I should mention that I also have a Homedics massage chair for 270 euros, which is even weaker in terms of pulse, just for comparison. It's better to try such products before buying or simply get a dolphin and don't spend more money.

    Excellent! Very powerful! Adjustable intensity. Long handle, reaches hard-to-reach areas on the back. Of course, it is relatively heavy, but this is natural due to the power and therefore the size of the motor.
