I expected something much better than what I had.
The steam it produces is nowhere near what the photo shows.
Where are the 7.8 bars? Also, whether I press the power button or not, it produces the same amount of steam.
I am disappointed. Unless it is defective

As soon as I got it, I had a great experience that lasted for three years. It is very good, heats up quickly, and the steam is satisfactory

It is indeed lightweight. At first glance, it looks nice but compared to an old Tefal model that we had for years, this one seems to be of lower quality in terms of plastic. The hose storage is not convenient at all.
So far, it is quite powerful for ironing!
One issue it has is with the water tank closure. Sometimes it leaks water from the locking point and you have to shake it a bit to make it stop. I won't bother dealing with the service because I know I won't get anywhere...

Excellent! It solves the hands! Easy to use, lightweight, glides on fabrics. Smooths everything with one pass! It hardly requires any clothes pressing from both sides. It doesn't leave any white marks on clothes. Linen and other difficult fabrics are a breeze for it! I wasn't a fan of ironing, so I chose to buy clothes that don't require much care. Now with this iron, I will buy any clothes without a second thought! Truly the best purchase I have made so far! I am thrilled!

Minimal program options, the power of steam weakens noticeably when used for a long time. It does not have a satisfactory instruction manual, only a leaflet with images... the rest you have to guess! The steam button often gets stuck. It is efficient for difficult cases (e.g. tablecloths) only at full intensity, where the power of steam drops almost completely after 5-6 presses. Luckily, I bought it on Black Friday for 200 euros. Compared to the previous one I had, a 15-year-old Philips, it is flimsy!! I would not choose it again!!

All these years, due to the minerals in our water, I have ruined many irons. The cleaning method of this specific iron is extremely effective! It is lightweight enough for my hand, which has a shoulder problem, and the plate is also excellent! Ironing is very easy even for demanding clothes.

It was purchased three months ago and during this time we are very satisfied with its performance. Strong steam and lightweight in hand make ironing very easy and relatively effortless for the housewife. Usually, there is no need to adjust the steam setting, the normal setting does its job well. The only downside is that moisture appeared on the ironing board cover, presumably from the intensity of the steam in a specific area. It requires some research on the type of fabric and suitable ironing board. Additionally, this particular model does not support a mechanism for winding the power cord like some older models. You save time and complaints. I believe if it withstands time and does not present any damages, it will be a successful purchase.

In October 2018, I bought the GV 9570 PRO EXPRESS ironing system. With 7 children, and since I previously had a great Tefal iron, I decided to get this specific system on sale from 340 euros to 250. It had a problem within the first 3 months and since then it has been in service, now for the 5th or 6th time, I lost count. It's a question whether I have used it for 8 out of these 15 months. Despite the European directive that states they are obliged to replace it with another one, the local dealership refuses. I haven't dealt with dealerships for faulty products many times, but I consider this one unacceptable. There is no way I will buy anything from them again

Tefal did an excellent job on this product. It heats up the water quickly, has no leaks, amazing steam power for its price, and is lightweight.

I recently bought it, and it is extremely convenient. I had a woman who professionally irons try it and she congratulated me on my choice.
