Well, I will start with the positives:
- Very good ergonomics. With the way it is designed, you can really clean in difficult areas.
- The light it has illuminates the dirt and helps you clean better.
- It has many attachments and can be converted into a small vacuum cleaner.
- The dustbin empties easily, but sometimes it also needs to be washed.
Unfortunately, the negatives are such that I can't give it more than 1 star:
- You have to operate the vacuum cleaner at the highest power level. The first two levels don't have enough power.
- The battery drains very quickly. When I first got it, I could clean for 15 minutes. After about a year of use, about twice a week, the time dropped to 10 minutes. Now, it's 2 to 3 minutes, so the vacuum cleaner is useless. The new battery is very expensive, so the vacuum cleaner is going to be thrown away.
- The battery takes a long time to charge. So, if you clean and then forget to charge it, you can't do your job. If you combine this with the fact that every time you clean, the battery will definitely drain, you always have to remember to charge it.
So, to summarize. The big problem is the battery, not the vacuum cleaner itself. If someone could have 45 minutes of cleaning with one charge, then I think I would give a very different rating. But running to clean a 70 sqm house before the battery runs out is unacceptable. For this reason, it will receive 1 star and I do not recommend buying it. If you don't have a large house, then it definitely won't do the job for you.
I have it for a year and a half.. the battery broke in less than a year and I bought a new one (60€). It cleans well but it's not for carpets.. the battery performance drops immediately. This vacuum is only for cleaning tiles and parquet, it's not for carpets
Very good vacuum cleaner. It absorbs well, but it is quite heavy for me. Of course, it doesn't reach some areas like a conventional vacuum cleaner. The average rating is due to the fact that after the expiration of the 3-year warranty, the battery stopped working and it is difficult to find even abroad! Also, the dealership in Greece does not respond to calls or emails!
The circuit board burned out in 3 months with minimal use because it was being used as a secondary one. They replaced it with a new one and it burned out again in 2 months. Unacceptable.
I can't get over its weight. It's incredibly tiring with carpets. It's slightly better on the floor, but I've reached the point where I clean the floor with a simple broom and mop because it's more relaxing.
Having the previous model that I was satisfied with, we got this one as well, considering that it is more powerful and has a larger battery. The main reason is for pet use. The vacuum does not pick up even sugar from the floor on stairs 1-2, so it only works permanently on level 3, which significantly reduces its autonomy to just 20 minutes. When the bin is half full, it doesn't suck at all unless you empty it, and it even releases the dirt back onto the floor. Very bad purchase.
Awesome vacuum cleaner! I bought it for 200 euros and I can say that it's worth its money. Very powerful and the battery lasts for many hours! Imagine that I use it very frequently since I have 3 kids and it's chaos! I vacuum 2-3 times a day! The downside is definitely the weight compared to others, it's heavy and it actually tires your hand, but it's like going to the gym at the same time (hahaha). The battery it has is big, that's why it's heavy! The other downside is that it doesn't stand upright like others. You either have to come up with a trick like I did because I'm not a fan of drilling walls for vacuums, etc., or you can attach the base to the wall. Otherwise, it's a very powerful and absorbent vacuum cleaner! I am very satisfied! The bin empties easily and it's very easy to clean!
Really perfect perfect perfect passed a year, only unfortunately heavy of course, otherwise it's fine to know and don't forget not to leave continuous charging because it easily breaks, only about 4 hours charging approximately what the indicator says, and it still has battery life... I am very satisfied and my wife says it's a great deal.. whatever you think

I have had it for a year and from the beginning it doesn't clean satisfactorily at all.
I am forced to keep it because I spent so much money and I can't get another one.
I clean with the broom and with a swiffer to properly clean the hardwood floor.

My experience with this stick is quite good. Mainly because of the transition from the tiring corded vacuum cleaner that doesn't fit anywhere and always gets in the way, to the easy-to-use, easily storable (on the wall) and efficient stick. Obviously, I compared the suction by vacuuming at the end of the day (a) with the classic vacuum cleaner (bagged) (b) with the stick, and the difference was night and day, especially on carpets.
The stick excels in that area because of the roller. It doesn't have as much suction power, but the roller helps with that. The corners are the weak point of the vacuum cleaner, but you can find workarounds.
The battery is very powerful and charges relatively quickly. Personally, I live in a 90 sqm house, have 2 babies & 1 dog (medium hair), and I vacuum the entire 78 sqm (usable) house, the balcony (15 sqm), and the external (open) staircase of my floor at full speed, and I still have 1 bar out of the 3. If you forget to charge it, you'll be left with a dirty house the next day. The LED on the nozzle is also very helpful. At first, I thought it was unnecessary, but it's incredibly convenient for spotting broken glass.
The downside is in its daily maintenance. Many reviews mention that it doesn't pick up or suck well. It requires some thought and reading of the manual or the indications on the dustbin. The dustbin and filter need to be cleaned every month to be clean and perform well. Otherwise, it gets clogged, doesn't perform well, and the machine heats up and may enter safe mode.
Personally, I blow with a blower or suck with the narrow nozzle to remove all the large debris, and then I wash the filter to make it like new. I let it dry in the sun or on a radiator (carefully, so it doesn't burn). After months of use, the design flaws become apparent. The two small wheels on the nozzle wear out quickly, partly due to use but mainly because they collect hair and lint (dog hair all year round & carpet lint in winter), causing them not to rotate. You can tell when the nozzle starts to brake strangely. The larger wheels don't have as big of an issue. The impact of this wear is serious because it lowers the nozzle, even if it's just by 2-3mm, but it's enough for debris not to pass underneath and get caught in the roller, and you simply push them. Also, due to these 2-3mm that you lose in distance from the ground, the roller starts to deteriorate. They require frequent cleaning with tweezers or removal or replacement (they cost 1.5 euros), but they are not designed for frequent removal and insertion.
The dustbin easily falls off if you make abrupt movements and jerks, but there is also a workaround with a scratch. I found spare parts and consumables relatively difficult to find. You can buy additional nozzles-extensions that fit perfectly from other models. Personally, I have bought all the nozzles, short and long, wide, and hairy, that the brand offers separately for different models and not all together. I have also bought 3 filters so that I don't have to wash them every time and can change them directly. I have also bought 10 wheels.
Overall, I am very satisfied and would buy it again.
I have bought two, one for myself and one for my mother.
The first one I got broke after 4 months. Irreparable damage to the circuit board.
Except for the 4 days in service, everything is fine. They replaced it.
Essentially, it is very powerful, the light is incredibly convenient, easy size of the bin and easy to empty, it cleans like a regular vacuum cleaner.
If it withstands time, which is a big if, we will have a winner.
Amazing vacuum cleaner...it has 3 different speeds...in the medium one, it lasts for 20-25 minutes and sucks very well...I highly recommend it without hesitation!!
I have it for almost a year, but not frequent use because I bought it for the country house.
Apart from being a bit heavy, the vacuum cleaner is very good and powerful. The front lights on the nozzle help a lot to see dust that you wouldn't normally see.
The battery lasts a long time and doesn't require many hours of charging. It easily cleans a 100sqm house and still has battery left. It also has other attachments to become a handheld vacuum (although they are difficult to disassemble).
As for the negatives, I will mention the cleaning. The bin may empty easily and have a mechanism for cleaning the filter, but it already got clogged with dust and hair in the nozzle at the bottom, a part that is very difficult to clean because nothing fits inside.
Another negative is that it doesn't stand upright for storage.
Overall, it is a very good and powerful machine!
Very absorbent, easy to use (with the weight finding) and with a long operating time (as long as it worked). The light on its sole highlights every trace of dust.
On the negative side... It only worked for 47 days.
The diagnosis at the official service (which you will have to go to on your own)... Burnt circuit board.
Luckily, they told me that they will give me a paper for replacement or refund!

- Practical, with many accessories it is perfect if you have a pet.
- Normal vacuum cleaner, it sucks up all the dust without any problem. I have stopped using my traditional broom.
- The LED lighting is amazing! You can clean at night and there is no trace of dust on the floor.
- Extra powerful, in turbo mode it doesn't come off the floor.
- Flexible, it fits under the bed and sofa. Its battery is high for this reason. However, this creates other problems (see below)...

- Heavy. The hand gets tired, especially when using it as a handheld vacuum.
- The bin comes off quite easily.
- The base support has deep holes and requires a little more effort to install.
Update 24/10/23: I removed one star because the expensive 36V battery simply stopped working.
The vacuum cleaner is excellent. It sucks very well and has good durability. The extra accessories are very helpful for the "fine" details, they are necessary.
The "negative" is the increased weight mainly due to the battery on the top that raises the center of gravity. Compared to the "classic" ones that have the battery low, there is a difference. However, the battery is high to be narrow below beds, sofas, etc. and this is very useful.
Finally, the battery. Be careful when buying such vacuums, make sure you can easily find a battery because sooner or later you will need to replace it. This particular one fits other devices as well, so it is unlikely not to find it later. I am passionate about another brand and I know how important it is.
UPDATE: after 20 days (!) the vacuum stopped working. It starts, the error light for the filter turns on, and then it stops. The filter is perfectly clean. I took it to the service center and it cannot be repaired. In the end, as convenient as these vacuums may be, they will hardly surpass the classic ones. Unfortunately, they cannot replace them.
