    After boiling water, it leaves spots on the bottom near the heating element that look like rust. The first time, wiping it off worked. The next boil was the same, and of course, it didn’t clean well. It’s on half of the bottom, obviously where the heating element is. Since then, I haven't used it. Probably the metal is not stainless?
