    It has been very convenient for me, it transferred my data from an IDE hard drive with 18% health at a speed of 20-22mbps. Now, I don't know how it would perform for someone with 100% health, but it is a very reliable device and worth its money. It is sturdy and has satisfactory quality in terms of aluminum. However, the screws on the plastic cover with the board on top require some attention. If you tighten the screws too much, it can damage the plastic (there is no issue if you screw them without excessive force)
