With €16.40 including shipping, I knew I would get garbage and I only made the purchase for the accessories and the battery that fit another camera I have.
The video image quality, whether in VGA or 4K, is the same.
So if someone wants it for video, only the accessories are worth the money I mentioned!

Yesterday I bought the camera. I opened it, charged it, and inserted an SD card. The camera turns off every time you press the OK button and overall it's just not working properly.
I will return it on Monday.
Cheap Chinese products are like that.
Well, they replaced it for me at the store where I bought it.
First, there is no 60 fps even in 720p.
Second, the battery lasts for 2 minutes and sometimes even less than a minute.
Third, it doesn't even capture 30 fps, let alone 15, and the quality is worse than the cameras on mobile phones 20 years ago.
Do not buy it, it's the worst thing out there.

It is a pretty good camera, I only use it for videos. Of course, I will get another camera because I have had it for quite some time (maybe a GoPro)
