Wonderful sound, strong bass with a lot of customization in sound and RGB through Synapse. Overall a good headset but loses 3 stars for the following reasons (I leave possession after 1 year of use):
• After 1 month of use, random disconnects started happening with crazy freezes on the computer every time they disconnect, which makes it a serious problem for gamers and professionals doing online work as besides losing sound completely, everything freezes. And I find it inconceivable for over 150 euros that I paid for them to disconnect for 20 minutes non-stop. (For those who have the same issue, I found a solution. If you completely disable the RGB, they work without any problems, funny considering that 60% of the price is for the RGB)
• The fabric head pad is very hard and generally because it is a heavy headset, after 20 minutes it becomes unbearable and painful. Also, the fact that the part that touches the head is fabric (thin layer so after a month or two you will feel the wires because it has been pressed) makes it difficult to clean.
• The cable is long but it is fabric and is integrated into both the headphones and the USB, which means that if it breaks or gets damaged, you need a new headset.
• The microphone is excellent, I consider it good at cancelling, you can put it in and take it out or adjust it wherever it suits you, mute button on top with a red light.
• The RGB is beautiful with plenty of options and modes in Synapse but personally, I didn't enjoy them at all due to the disconnects, I had to stop using them completely.
Overall
Value for money? BIG NOPE there are better options out there. A thousand times better to get the simple Razer Kraken and buy separate ear cups (they won't have RGB) but it's worth it more.
After 8 months of use, the sound started to disconnect from the headphones and then come back again. The PC would freeze and other similar glitches. I tried all the solutions, still the same. Very nice and beautiful sound but unfortunately they have this problem.
I bought them 3 years ago and now the sound keeps cutting off constantly, it's useless and from what I can see, everyone has the same issue. As soon as the sound cuts off, my PC freezes, it's disgusting
Well... they are beautiful, convenient with perfect sound and microphone... the issue is that their cable is incredibly sensitive. Mine broke without any mishandling and now with a slight movement, the connection is lost and they turn off while I'm in the middle of a game. Plus, there is a delay in the sound every time due to wear and tear. I don't know what to do really because I took them to a store to fix the cable, but they did a sloppy job that didn't help me at all... I don't know if they are worth it
Unfortunately, the cable broke within a year. Unacceptable for its price, but a known issue with Razer.
Unfortunately, they broke over time... Despite the service's diligent efforts, they were ultimately sent for recycling.
It's just perfect, I have seen many negative comments and videos about it disconnecting, but I haven't experienced anything like that myself. However, if you have such an issue, it would be good to update the application (Razer synapse) and the windows. You can also consult YouTube, which I believe can help you, or ask an expert in these matters.
They were given to me as a gift and I am very satisfied. I had the Kraken Quartz Edition and they have a significant difference in sound. Their sound is much better and much cleaner. They isolate outside sounds perfectly. They don't tire me at all even after hours of gaming. The only negative is that the cable is shorter than my previous headphones and it was difficult for me to get used to it. It is very easy to customize various colors and effects on the headphones through the Razer program. Personally, I love them and I hope I don't have any problems in the future.
Very good sound, very good microphone and excellent connectivity with Windows 10 64-bit and with the installation of Razer Synapse several options in sound and RGB lighting.
After not even a year of use, it started to have poor contact with my PC and constantly opened and closed, losing sound. Very beautiful but a shame because it is no longer functional.
The worst headphones that Razer has released.. I received them defective, they replaced them after 7 months of begging, gave me new ones and they had the same issue! So, most KITTY EDITIONs have issues.. (I have spoken to many people who have bought them because I am involved in social media, so I know the "gaming" community and the majority had issues. Don't buy them, you will waste your money!!)

Unfortunately, I received defective products and RAZER does not replace them... I am not excited, unfortunately, even though they look nice, the performance is terrible.. Just buy different headphones and use them separately!
The sound is very good, as well as the microphone. They are quite comfortable, although quite heavy for me, so after 5-6 hours they start to tire me. I highly recommend them.
Very convenient for long-term use. Great sound and definitely worth their price compared to other headphones of the same quality.
I have had them for only 3 months and the cable has already broken. They are not worth their money at all, 180 euros for nothing seriously... and the warranty didn't even cover it... never again Razer headphones, they are terrible and use cheap material considering the money you pay. Get something better from another company.
UPDATE 28/12 I fixed them by buying the same cable from eBay "USB Cable for Original Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Ultimate Edition Headphone" it cost me 20 euros including shipping and it's better than ever, don't make the mistake of sending them for recycling... I had them on the side for 3 years and in the end, it just needed a cable replacement...
They have good sound, a relatively good microphone, very good surround sound (this is very noticeable in games). Overall, they are very good headphones and if you want to get them, go ahead and get them, I recommend them to you. But be sure that you will face bullying if you wear them in front of people. (The bullying is 100% certain, I have seen it with my own eyes)
These headphones are similar to the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition but have better sound and a better microphone. These headphones are specifically for PC as they only have a USB connection. They also have ear cups that add more beauty and much more RGB on the sides along with the logo. The THX surround makes them have 360 degrees surround which is better than 7.1. They will suit anyone and are the new gaming headset from Razer.
