The El Diamant coating, made from mineral particles combined with the properties of cast aluminum, ensures a highly healthy cooking experience without the use of fats at low to medium temperatures, allowing food to retain its nutritional values.

Care and usage instructions:

• Before using the cookware, wash it with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge, dry it thoroughly, and then grease it with butter or oil.
• Do not heat the cookware while it is empty and do not leave it on the fire when it has evaporated or has no contents.
• Cast aluminum is an excellent heat conductor, and continuous overheating could damage the coating.
