Take 2 sizes up from what you normally wear... I got XL, but if I buy again I will get 2XL... I am 1.79 and 94 kilos...

They are perfect. I have been buying this specific series for 3 years. They have a long handle, they fit well, and they don't easily come off during walking or work.
