    I use this particular coffee for making Greek coffee with a briki ballet, ground with a Hario Mini-Slim Pro manual grinder. It is very good in terms of taste and aroma, but it has some peculiarities. It is oily and needs to be ground two notches coarser in order to avoid bitterness. With this adjustment, I got a very good-tasting coffee

    For a commercially packaged coffee, it is quite good. It has a strong body and a moderate intensity in taste. Up to 14 grams, it comes out very good for cold preparations. Beyond that, the more grams you increase, the stronger and more bitter it will become. So, depending on each person's taste, they adjust the dosage accordingly. As a flavor profile, it is very close to Illy with notes of caramel and dark chocolate. The most important thing is that it is a product of sustainable cultivation with respect for the environment, while also being high quality and reasonably priced.

    Very heavy for my taste. The coffee is very roasted and it shows when you cut it, it is very dark. These are tastes.

    I am a lover of espresso for its aroma, strong flavor, and long-lasting aftertaste. Characteristics that can only be provided by a freshly ground good coffee and of course, being ristretto.
    I have tried many well-known brands and to my surprise, I was impressed by the most industrial brand Lavazza, which produces good coffee but as always, something is missing in large production batches.
    The "Tierra Brasile 100% Arabica" impressed me. Flavor, aroma, aftertaste 5 stars.
